Video Steps

1. Launch Exchange Management Shell

Click on start, expand Exchange Server 2019 and right click on the Exchange Management Shell and run as administrator

2. Type in command

Type in the following command to set the limits on the transport service: Set-TransportService -Identity EX2019B -MaxPerDomainOutboundConnections 10
