I currently manage the IT Department at LIPMAN. I manage 8 technicians to provide support to a 29 site WAN infrastructure. Utilizing CITRIX XenDesktop we deliver up to 400 virtual desktops to our users across the country on a MPLS network. The datacenter has over 20TB of data managed by my team as well. Upgrading to VMware and blade infrastructure now.

Full Biography
I am re-kindling my Electronics Design skills due to a shortage of available skilled technicians available to me. Especially regarding FIBER OPTICS communications and data links. I am also interested in bringing these skills into my toolkit to be able to possibly assist in our packing and farming operations by giving them the availability to use technology to assist them in their daily tasks.
My desire is to give LIPMAN a technology EDGE-UP in the industry by having access to an electronics engineer on staff.
