Full Biography

Started my career in .NET (specifically in C# and ASP.NET.) in 2003 and still going strong. Currently working as Technical Manager with hands on coding, execution and delivery of projects using Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban and Lean).
I hold PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
Current role include mentoring teams on Agile methodology and bring them up to speed as well as make them proficient in Agile. Passion include training people and have successfully trained teams in Agile. Passionate about design patterns and expertise involve TDD, Refactoring.
Hands are still dirty with active coding in ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, EXTJS. Over 5 years’ experience in Agile based project execution and delivery.
