In this video we take a look at creating this user called extest that can be used with System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) or for troubleshooting within your environment.

Video Steps

1. Launch the Exchange Management Shell

Click on the start button and then expand Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and click on Exchange Management Shell.

2. Navigate

Navigate to the scripts folder where Exchange 2016 is installed.

3. Run Command

Type the following command and press enter: new-testcasconnectivityuser.

4. Password

Enter in the password for the new account and press enter.
