Graphs within dashboards are meant to be dynamic, representing data from a period of time that will change each time the dashboard is updated with new data.

Rather than update each graph to point to a different set within a static set of data, try creating a dynamic set that will update for you!  This video will show you how.

Because of the size of the spreadsheet in the video, I was unable to see what was being entered, both data and formulas.

Is there a way to make the spreadsheet in the video full screen?

This is for people with spreadsheet skill, but not necessarily yet book-keeping skills, which with this “starter template” will give you the lists headings and a few fairly simple calculations you need to get going.
How to use a bill paying spreadsheet created by yours truly.  Also a little background.  The download is available towards the bottom of the article and is named Pay-Bills.xltm. Feel free to use, or, as you wish.  Provided as is.
